For strong and weak acids of same concerntration, concductivity of strong acid will be higher than that of weak acid, because, strong acid are completely ionised and the ions conduct electricity,however weak acid are not completely ionised, so their conductivity is less than that of strong acid of same concerntration. Same is the condition with the weak and strong bases.

For pH, for strong acid, you will needing only the concerntration of H+ ions to calculate the pH.

[H+] = [HA]

pH = -log[H+]

But for weak acids, concerntration of H+ os acid is determined by the use of Ka of acid (which is different for different acids) .

[H+] = (Ka[HA])1/2

pH = -log[H+]

Same is applicable for bases.

For strong base ,

[OH-] = [B]

pOH = -log[OH-]

For weak base,

[OH-] = (Kb[B])1/2

pOH = -log[OH-]
